I picked up Oxenfree, The Beginner's Guide and Warbands: Bushido from the steam sale.

I have a ton of games on my list but I just can't pull the trigger on anything more than $10 bucks right now. I bought Witcher 3 at full price when I got my new video card and have hardly played it. Don't feel like buying any games that I'm not going to play for more than a pittance.

I'm tempted to buy Undertale, maybe I'll pick it up in a moment of "someday I'll get around to it" optimism.

I bought myself a bottle of Old Crow (slumming it) for hot toddys on Christmas and a bottle of Jeffersons Bourbon for my sister and law because she often buys me a decent bottle.

Knob is a little peaty for my taste. I suppose I don't like anything in excess when it comes to my whiskey/bourbon flavor profile but if I'm not buying I'll drink anything.

I hadn't heard of Oxenfree, but that looks awesome. Added to my wishlist.

The Beginner's Guide is amazing! I'll be interested to know what you think about that one.

My last bottle was Jefferson's Very Old, which was a little too mild for my tastes (I want a little more kick). Failing that, the fact that it's 120 proof means I won't have to drink much to get through the day...

I loved the Stanley Parable and Begginers looks like it kept the intensity and crazyness with a different emotional tone. I'm looking forward to it. As I've gotten older I'm more interested in an under 5 hour experience that takes me somewhere different verses an epic 100 grind world.

Yeah, I've found myself having similar priorities. If you haven't checked them out, Bastion (and Transistor, a later game by the same dev) and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons are both amazing.
