Make an upper age for all civil servants. Make it 70. I am opposed to term limits for elected officials as it hands a ton of power to the lobbyists who get to be there forever. At 70, you no longer can realistically look to the future, and should not be impacting policy that we younger folks will be stuck with for a generation after the old farts die.

If you can keep getting elected? sure, go for it. Hit 70? retire.
