Didn't use a recipe this time around, BUT I made it with this one last year: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/sweet-potato-gnocchi-with-brown-butter-and-sage-233379
If you're curious, here's how I made it this year:
Peel/chop sweet potatoes. Boil the fuck out of them in salted water. Once they're mashable, drain and mash in a big ol' bowl. Add butter, some brown sugar, some finely chopped rosemary, some freshly ground black pepper, and a bit of cayenne. Mix.
Crack (x) eggs into a bowl. I did 3, but it depends on how many potatoes you used. Mix well. Add flour. Again, it's all about proportions, so just keep adding flour until the dough starts to become more workable. Here is where you would add another egg if it is too tough/not fluffy enough. Put the dough onto a floured surface, and knead flour into it until it no longer sticks to your hands.
From here, I just do the same thing as the above recipe.
