I was tempted set the community tag for this to #buddhism. Reminds me a lot of buddhist commentaries I have read about impermanence, clinging, and self.

A lot of religions are very much correct on the way we perceive the world and the better ways to deal with reality, which is something I'm going to write about, as well. I don't ascribe myself to Buddhism but find their commentary on the matter worthy of looking at.
