I was reading this sordid tale and considering the paltry incentives that motivated a single digit percent of admirals of usn, and could only imagine the results that the global banking cabal gets from the civil servants in various (all?) nation states.
I have no idea what happens in other countries or at the very top of the banking world in the US but the days of middle management providing bribes etc are gone. It's such a highly regulated industry that you cannot work for a bank and buy someone lunch without clearly documenting who and why. Get someone concert tickets and you had better have approval from senior management. Also, it's much harder to get prostitutes approved these days. Times have changed. -I kid, but also I don't. Internationally, it may be different.
