You know, it's clever. Market it as "driving assistance" and let the Youtube videos of it being autonomous driving propagate. Wait for a bad accident to establish caselaw when you make it abundantly clear in every possible way that you are NOT advertising self-driving cars. Then when you get your self-driving stuff up and running, you've established that you're almost never legally liable.
