Here is the link to the spreadsheet.
If you responded to the last post you should find a sheet with your name on it. They are ordered alphabetically to aid in this. You can go in and add your desired goals. If I've written your name slightly wrong you can feel free to change the sheet name without catastrophically affecting anything.
One caveat is that I made this on 22inch monitor and neglected to consider laptop users. Sorry! If it's a bit big, zoom your browser out to around 75% and hopefully it should be good. If it's a massive issue then I'll have to see about adjusting the sheet itself.
If you notice anything dodgy let me know.

Take The GRE Apply to 4 Grad Schools / Programs Become SOCRA Certified Identify and connect with 4 Long Term Professional Organizations Meditate for a total of 5 Hours a week minimum Work out 3 Days/Week Stretch/Yoga 4 Days/Week Kayak 3 Bodies of water outside Michigan Visit 2 Oceans Attend 1+ Hubski meetup outside of Michigan Eat 15 meals composed of hunted/fished/foraged ingredients Looks good to me.
I thought that I will start with two things and then add to it with time. Meditate at least 20 out of 30 days a month Take a walk in nature at least once a week I noticed that I am spending waaay too much time either at work or at home and I have been missing the woods
This is great, thanks rezzeJ! Super excited about this. I kept mine a bit short, so I might end up adding more or adding specific projects later in the year, but I'm happy with where it's at right now. I'm hoping I can more easily make some simpler changes into lasting habits. Read book at least 1 hr everyday Meditate/stretch/yoga every morning and eveningWrite at least 1 hr everyday - either journal, blog, code, music, or something more longform
Spanish: By the end of the year I want to have improved to at least a B1 level. Handle most of the situations in a trip Produce simple texts about common topics or interested subject matters. Describe experiences, events, wishes and hopes, as well as briefly justify opinions or explain plans. Flexibilty: Since I stopped kickboxing, I can barely touch my toes. Stretching every day will help. Piano: Actually finish learning every piece I've started. Nothing new is to be added until I complete a current piece. Run a 12km race: There's a fun run at the end of the year which I plan to enter. Only ever completed the 6km course. This year I'm aiming for the 12. If I improve incredibly significantly before then, I'll try for a 1/2 marathon. Coffee: Pour consistent rosettas. My latte art is atrocious. It needs improving. Hopefully I'll have this sorted by the end of a couple of months.Understand the main ideas of clear texts, in standard language, if they involve well-known topics related to work, studies or leisure.
Dance: This is the big one. I have two left feet, but I think in a formal setting, I might be able to learn and enjoy it. I think I'll start with something simple, like salsa classes, and then see what other classes the studios in the area have to offer. Climb: Been doing this one since September 2015. I enjoy the hell out of it, so probably won't be too difficult to keep it up, especially now that I'm down to one type of obligation (Research) instead of three (Research, Teach, Class) PhD Thesis Proposal: Gotta do this one this year, but maybe worth putting as a goal so I think about segmenting the prerequisite tasks by month.
Yeah, I did foresee that as a potential problem. Just fill it in as you feel appropriate. I don't see it as a dead strict system, so feel free to set your own rules on how you quantify progress on your goals. I had a look at your goals and do see what you mean. I'll have a think about how to implement one time achievements or less than monthly occurences. Maybe a separate section on each page with tick boxes. Thought I can't promise if or when that'll be done as they'd have to be some consideration into how that contributes to the stats.
Yeah, my numbers aren't going to make much sense because they're one-off / tiered goals. I was thinking of editing the VLOOKUP or summation rows until I saw you're note saying not to do that. Oops. VLOOKUP is basically the single greatest thing in all of spreadsheeting.
I just put that note their to ensure that curious souls be careful. I didn't want someone to accidentally edit something and cause an error in the global formulas. However, if this is a problem for you too then I will look into implementing a solution in the next week or so as I have one conceptually.
About what I expected. Nice spreadsheet, thanks for putting this up.Yeah, I did foresee that as a potential problem. Just fill it in as you feel appropriate. I don't see it as a dead strict system, so feel free to set your own rules on how you quantify progress on your goals.
Thank you! It looks sharp. And I notice that I'm the unwitting beneficiary of Google Spreadsheets sorting everyone's sheet alphabetically. Don't have to scroll very far to find my name at all. Filling out my goals now.
I think that at the bottom of the document there's a long tab that extends past the visible portion of the screen, with smaller tabs inside that contain everyone's name alphabetically. I was using Chrome as my browser.
