Wilmington has high crime in part due to high drug use but unfortunately, we're talking stuff like heroin and meth, not weed. We are 'lucky' enough to be a stopping point for drug routes going between the other big East Coast cities - DC, Philly, etc - so apparently heroin is very readily available, and god knows what else with that.
