This is not helping my homesickness, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The Adirondacks are one of the best parts of New York State, which is saying a lot given how much amazing scenery is there.

It's currently my favorite area. Sure, the Rockies are much bigger and very impressive, but the Adirondacks are subtle and not as intimidating. I could imagine myself moving to the area, either now or in retirement.
