As far as the tags are concerned, what I understand is that once you've become an active user, you're able to add tags to posts. That extra tag you underlined was likely added by a user other than the author. This is mentioned in the primer, which you might want to read if you haven't:

    Tags: Any time you submit content you can add up to two tags. Tags only use alpha-numeric characters and no spaces. You don't need to include the "#", it will be added for you. Special characters are not supported in tags. Tagging is an art form. Feel free to be creative!

    Community Tags: Anyone in the Hubski community can add a community tag to a post, or suggest a different community tag. Users don't have the ability to create or edit community tags on other user's posts until they have filled up their hubwheel once.

I'm guessing the alignment is a browser compatibility issue. I don't have that issue using Chrome or Firefox.
