I agree with the healthier lifestyle part. Only thing is, I also agree with people being able to eat 600 Big Macs if they want. Obvious solution would be to make it in opt-in. But then people could just opt-out when they're healthy and opt-in when they need help. I haven't settled on a fair way to deal with this.

This reminded me of the Ted Cruz fiasco where he wasn't insured by The Affordable Care Act and then once his wife went on unpaid leave he decided to sign up for it. Someone who was so opposed to Obama care decided to finally sign up when it was convenient for him.
