Very interesting concept, and I understand its intended purpose of cutting down on unnecessary deaths. However, I feel that the real issue here is people not adhering to proper gun safety, mainly keeping them out of a child's reach. And while the safety features are nice, a child should not have access to the gun regardless. I fear that the extensive safety features may cause an even larger lack of safety regarding firearms. This technology is very cool though and I find the fact that we even have a "smart gun" fascinating.
