Massively racist? I think you misunderstand, he's pointing out the mentality that most people are operating under, he's not being racist. But if you read that and think he's actually being racist, then carry on I guess. And "doesn't understand the current state of employment, culture.." I don't even know how to respond to that. I'll admit my fanboyism for this author is pretty high, but you're not making any substantive claims whatsoever. In fact, your one attempt to characterize him landed so far off the mark that it makes me think you're reading it half asleep. You think he's racist, and it's tripe.
