Hi guys, so I am now on a diet, and I would like your tips. Also wanted to tell you about a great free app I found called LoseIt, they also have a site at loseit.com. Anyway, the app keeps up with your weight progress with a clever graph. It also lets you enter what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and counts calories.
