As someone who works in IT infrastructure/network, I am really interested in stories like this. I would love to know the details of how something like this was possible. Youtube, gmail, drive, everything, went offline for a couple minutes. I'm assuming they lost all outbound or inbound traffic to their main data center, and assuming it wasn't change related as it happened in the late afternoon on a busy day.

Real curious about this one, or if anyone has heard anything else about this.
