Yes, I've read about it. I believe he is parterning with another smaller company to make it. It's a kind of maglev type "tube transport" system supposedly. Claiming a 2 hour trip from New York to California. He has stated it's like "A levetated maglev train and a air hockey table combined". Rumor seems to point to a type of vacuum tube type enclosure that the "train" cars would run in.
