This is off of the New Green's second album "Elaborate Maps" which is available on itunes. I've always really enjoyed bgood79's guitar solo in the middle of the song.
I had struggled with recording the vocals to the song and decided that I should drink a bunch of scotch and give it a whirl. I had many "sober" takes of the vocals too but the one that the engineer mixing the album chose was the "scotch track".

It sounds like a tricky one to get the emphasis right in the vocals. I'm not surprised to hear alcohol helped, but I'm pretty sure scotch and regret are the same thing.
