He's been talking about this and hinting at it for awhile, and it's something some of us have already seen before. It's another company that he invested in and is working with to make this a reality. Bottom line, he's talking transport from New York to LA in 30-45 minutes... and the infrastructure would be cheaper to build then a freeway per mile.
