This is fantastic.

Beyond the cool photographic element here - I know some people may not think these glitches/errors in the mapping software are acceptable. People get mad about these problems. People got mad at Apple for the iPhone maps (and I personally don't care for them).

But we're not going to get to the future without these bumps. And I personally think it's cool that google lets us tag along for the journey. It's a bumpy beta road, but I like it.
