While I agree with Watson that RNAi screens are probably more instructive than the cancer genome screening, I'm left stunned that anyone thinks that inhibiting anti-oxidants during cancer therapy is novel. Or maybe I'm missing the point. Radiotherapy only works by generating ROS, most notably OH radicals. Read any radiotherapy textbook from the last half century; they'll all tell you to lay off the OJ.
