This article is about Herman Cain winning the Florida Straw Poll -an underdog's victory. It mentions his plan to set the corporate/individual flat-tax rate at 9% with a national sales tax of 9% too. Is anyone familiar with his plan? Curious if it holds any water. I know that I would LOVE a 9% personal income tax. I also know that I like having the amenities my govt provides.
