Brandon Sanderson teaches how to write SF/F novels.
Brandon wrote the Mystborn book series and, if I'm not mistaken, finished the last book in the Wheel of Time series. I haven't read any of these books, but the guy knows his craft and it's a great teacher. It's a pleasure to listen to people getting into the nuts and bolts of storytelling.
