Wow. No retention policy and a lawsuit? Bang!
In hind sight, it probably wasn't a good idea to record an episode of Family Guy over her interview. Especially since I would wager that she did make the misstep of saying she wouldn't teach legal analysis and it really was the reason she wasn't hired.
