I would just like to point out, a young adult, wanting to improve themselves and become a productive member of society, can take out massive loans to pay for school and whether things go according to plan for them or not, their debts cannot be discharged through bankruptcy. However, a pharmaceutical company can bribe doctors to lie to insurance companies to push a highly dangerous and addictive drug, get caught, get investigated, be found guilty in the court of law, and through it all declare bankruptcy to keep from having to pay all of their dues. If that doesn't smack of injustice, I don't know what does.
