I’d like to speak with the soulless person who made the decision to take advantage of potentially huge profits that can be made by providing even easier access to a drug that so many dollar store shoppers can’t resist passing up.

I imagine this person must be too busy applying for a liquor license that would enable him to profit from selling alcohol at Salvation Army stores also.
