Have you ever used something like this? My brother is struggling to find a job because of lack of professional references (he doesn't have much experience in the work field even though he worked here and there but nothing serious to add as a professional reference).
They seem pretty legit to me, but before giving the link to my little bro, I would like to know your sincere opinion.
Mine is that I would give it a shot. And I think we all can agree that the employers may be a little bit fastidious and exaggerated. :O
Is this a temp agency?
I've used temp agencies a few times and always gotten the most dismal, mindless jobs from them. Always repetitive manual labor and the agency takes something like a 10% cut of your pay.
However I've gotten a recommendation for something around here that is similar but for a specific field (IT field), and apparently it's much less demeaning and more respectable. Like a skill-specific employment agency.
