Someone's going to eventually get to the bottom of this. Regardless of the form of the eventual evidence, if no one at the FCC and/or a big ISP lands in prison, that's a decent litmus test for how entrenched the kleptocracy has become. Watching this episode play out slowly over the course of a year or so has been excruciating, because it's a pretty clear-cut case for anyone with at least some understanding of tech. It's literally the result of a for loop set to a database of people's personal information.
