It's actually "Data privacy day," but I'm sure the irony (not to mention hypocrisy) of the same House that has authorized rampant spying on its own citizens also declaring a national holiday in honor of data privacy is not lost on anyone.
I've been using duckduckgo for searches on my phone and have been satisfied with it. I'll switch my home browser, too.
