Does that give you a kick in the pants about AI and weaponizing the AI for the US, China, and Russia? It totally should. If you still are on the fence even now, it's your own damn fault.
EDIT: I just want to be clear that any details are SPECIFICALLY forbidden because of top-secret status -- that is the whole point. But that does not mean at all that it's not moving ahead with blazing speed, in fact the opposite. It's incredibly scary, and those who think that it's just silly are going to wake up at some point and realize the awful truth, when it will be too late.
