New York Times had this too, a couple hours ago. But we knew this - that whole in-through-the-back-door, left-off-the-ledger meeting with Kislyak at Trump Tower in December is months-old news. This is more a gentle transition from "could this be a bad thing?" to "this could be a bad thing."
