There are a few standouts but through and through, places that lean heavily Republican be dyin'. Cancer, Alzheimer's, heart disease, "other common infectious diseases", you name it - it's that whole lack-of-prosperity, lack-of-healthcare, lack-of-access-to-hospitals thing that has been a direct consequence of voting for the guys who say they'll Make America Great Again by punishing the lifestyles of the darkies, the hippies, and those horrible coastal liberal elites.
