Working week in the Netherlands for people with a job is actually the lowest of all according to the study in the article. I'm not surprised: workers have a relatively strong contracts/unions, low female labor market participation (lots of women work part-time) and working extra hours is looked down upon. I do wonder how the distribution over income brackets would look like.
