There have been successes.

I can workout regularly without being anxious about how much or how little I'm doing it.

I've lost about 25lbs in the last 6 months, might be more, I'm holding a bit of water today

I need to do yoga regularly to feel normal. On a good day I can get my legs into something approximating lotus position for a minute or two.

I've gotten into one of my fallback schools, now I need to see if there's more I can do to get into the schools I actually want to get into.

There are things I need to work on.

SOCRA Certification classes start soon here at work. Gotta get on that.

I need to spend more time in the woods/on the water. I'm going to go kayaking after work instead of for a run. Maybe I'll bring my fishing pole.

In general, I have the procedural parts of 'adulting' down. Now it's all the ethereal, self-actualization stuff that needs refinement.
