We have a empty property in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that I maintain.

There is a cedar on the property that lost at least 40% off its top in a windstorm several years ago. I've watched as every year it continues to grow more foliage. I don't think it will ever get taller, but I am not going to cut it down.
