Yes it is. I'm wondering what property of it makes it good 'ending theme' music. I bet there's someone out here who can explain that for us. Music theory? Maybe it's just playing on the old trope of 'upbeat ending themes'. I wonder how this would work if you picked something more sombre.

(I've wanted to do compilations of typical trope themes in video games and film for quite a while - e.g. lullaby songs, shop music, ending themes. but I keep forgetting!! aah)
