Don't disable automatic updates. Outdated software is insecure software.

Also, don't disable Phishing Protection. The author is misleading on how it works. Only suspect URLs are ever sent to Google.

The rest of these specific browser tweaks will just make your browser profile more unique, reducing your privacy. If you are worried about security and privacy, just use the Tor Browser Bundle which includes most of these changes by default.
