lessismore: There are so many conflicting reports on nutrition. It is really hard to keep track of it all. One minute this is good for you. The next minute it is bad depending on which report from which organization is funding the research. Heck, just the other day, I read someone that there was a research that suggested that women who have breast implants enjoy sex more. Of course, the research was funded by a group behind breast augmentation.
