Very interesting, especially this part:

the male teachers graded the girls and boys the same, while the female teachers behaved like their Swiss and Austrian colleagues and graded the girls more poorly. I work in several stem programs, it's an interesting idea we need to educate women teachers as much or even more so then their male colleagues. I wonder if any of the same holds true for women in industry.
