Apparently one week before the hit Ruby met in Vegas with one of my buddy's Dad who was an OG mobster (was in Cuba with Meyer Lansky but at the time ran Frank Sinatra and Sam Giancana's casino in Tahoe) who apparently gave him enough money to pay off all his debts. What does that mean? IDK
