I've been dealing with this lately. My sister has been having a rough time and my mom can't do anything more helpful than remind her of all the things she could have done to avoid the situation. My mom hasn't told my sister to her face that she's to blame, but I've heard from other people that she thinks this way. I don't even know what to say to my mom right now, it's beyond frustrating.
