I posted my first oil painting almost a year ago. Last night, I think I finished my second.

There are a few little things that I'd like to do, but it's pretty much there.

This one sat nearly complete for a long time, but I wasn't happy with it. I painted it to a boring place. Last night I was feeling up to giving it a bit more life. It wasn't a perfect success, but I learned something. I don't want to paint myself into a boring place like that again.

I had to get this one done, because I am excited about my next one.
