A Facebook AI is like Skynet without guns. It does speak to the credibility of Wired that they can hail Facebook as "supercharging" AI when they rolled out an abstraction layer across human customer support to a cherry-picked pool of a couple hundred tech drones in San Francisco.

Who, by the way, probably didn't consider Facebook Messenger as a viable way to make dinner reservations before, and likely don't now.
