The Cincinnati Police Department is really careful about these kinds of situations, because in 2001, a similar incident occurred and there were riots. Since then, they CPD has been doing a lot to lessen the divide between police and citizens. A good sign in this case is that he's being tried for murder, which is the highest sentence they could try him for without him planning it (IIRC). The video really shows what actually happened, and hopefully that will be enough for the officer to land in prison.
