I'm a huge fan! I was introduced to them by Walter Murch at film school as an example of good editing practice. They're excellent. And so surprising. Real-life is way less predictable than screenplays.

I didn't find them depressing at all, Grendel - I actually found a lot of it really uplifting. But then I do have quite weird taste in films.
