Hi guys, I'm Difference and i'm fairly new to Hubski. I've been here about a week (reddit refugee) and i'm liking the atmosphere here much more than Reddit. I like that opinions aren't a bad thing, and all conversations are level headed.

Anyway, there are things I do miss about Reddit. I miss there being a wider variety of subreddits (tags) especially, the anime tag. I started looking for the anime culture a few days into my Hubski adventure, and was sad to see it was so small. Then I stumbled upon the #animeclub and saw what they were trying to do, and thought it was a cool idea I would like to see brought back..

So, I want to do a few things. Most importantly, I would like to bring #anime to everyone's attention, so that we can breathe some life into the tag. Second, I would like to start watching series as a group, and having discussions. On reddit, I felt like I wasn't able to contribute to a conversation because I hadn't seen several hundred anime. I am a casual viewer, but I do enjoy it.

I would love to hear from you all. Thanks for reading!

A suggestion: don't get too optimistic because I can probably watch 5 hours of TV a week max and at least 4 of them better be something my wife will tolerate. We've watched some crazy stupid bad anime lately.

I'll also say that I'm a fan of anime, but a lot of anime is pure shit. Don't pick a pure shit one.
