So my wife is a fairly adept baker, and one of her go-to treats is oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Here's a little of what she had to say on it:
If experience is indicative of anything, you'll have a hard time refraining from eating all the dough before putting them in the oven. But I really like them warm (if you're reheating, 10-15 seconds in the microwave is good) and with a glass of milk.
This looks great. I really want to try this out when I have a day off. Any particular reason for the eggs to be room temperature? Just curious
