If this were coupled with a 'required minimum amount of vacation', it would be very nice.
thenewgreen: My company is pretty good about PTO but it would be nice not to have to let 4 people know when I'm going to be off or to have to plan in advance. It would eliminate many of the HR departments responsibilities.
