We're discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the positions advocated by Malcolm X and MLK in history. The more I read about the two men, the more convinced I become that their viewpoints weren't as different as they seem, especially towards the ends of their lives. After Malcolm's split with the NoI, he rejected a lot of their more extreme ideas, and Dr King seems to have become increasingly radical as he grew older. In any case, I find them both fantastically interesting.
