The Sonata Fantasy in G-sharp Minor by Scriabin is a tremendous hunk of a psycho-euphoric dream with the ever-present twinge of dissonance, a signature of my favorite composer of all time.

Sviatoslav Richter is undoubtedly one of the greatest concert pianists of the 20th century, and arguably the best. It creates a perfect combination of sublimity.
