Just took a break and watched the whole episode. I have no words for this - beyond, "Jeff Goldblum is amazing!"

Seriously. I asked this question regarding the NY Fed story from last week: How does our world get to a point where our systems are so fucking stupid. Pause on the complicatedness. Stop making it a big deal. Stop with hiding behind a wall of legalize and convoluted politics. Answer me this.

How does it make fucking sense that police can take money and buy whatever things they want with it....without any fucking oversight whatsoever? Nothing about it makes sense. Sure, it makes sense that you want to take drug money from drug dealers who never touch the drugs. (Still not making sense on how random people around town end up on the same level).

But even that money shouldn't be then used to buy a margarita machine or 10 for the local sheriffs office! Argh!
